EFFECTIVE JANUARY 4, 2024, THE NEW PRICING WILL BE $24.50 FOR INDIVIDUAL, AND $49.00 FOR JOINT CREDIT CHECKS. Please note, if a second credit report is needed after 6 months, you will need to pay for a new credit report when asked by the counselor.
In order to complete your Housing pre-purchase counseling application, please pay for the required credit check below.
One credit check is $24.50
For a Joint application, two Credit Checks ($49.00) are required - choose quantity "2"

I hereby authorize Mt. Airy CDC to order TWO (2) consumer credit reports for each individual. I understand the first credit report pull will occur the day of the appointment and, if needed, the second will occur 6 months after the initial session.
I understand that my payment today serves as authorization for both reports.
