FREE Wills & Estates / Tangled Title Workshop

NOTE: This workshop is in-person. 

Community Legal Services will present information about Tangled Titles and Estate Planning as a tool to build and preserve intergenerational wealth and save the family home. Attendees will learn why tangled title is a problem, how to resolve it, and how to prevent it with estate planning. CLS will provide information about living wills, power of attorney, and wills. CLS provides free representation to low-income Philadelphia residents who own their homes. 

Light refreshments will be served.

Time: 10am-2pm

We are located at 6703 Germantown Ave, Suite 200, 19119 (intersection of Germantown and Phil Ellena St.).  The entrance to the offices are behind the Phila Federal Credit Union, by the parking lot, on Phil Ellena Street. Once you get in the vestibule, you can ring us on the digital touch screen intercom (Mt. Airy CDC) and someone will let you in. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the building, or free street parking.
